Delivery -

All parcels will be shipped via Singpost. We pack and ship parcels at the end of every week. For local delivery, kindly allow 2-7 working days from the shipping date. For overseas delivery, kindly allow 7-20 working days from the shipping date.

Postage Fees -

*Free Delivery for local orders above SGD$35

Exchanges & Refunds -

All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will not be responsible for defects resulting from the delivery process, as they are outside of our control

Personal information is collected and used only for order, payment, and delivery processes.

A Few Things To Note About 💌 Doodle Mail Club 💌

✿ Doodle Mails are packed and sent during the last week of each month.

✿ Because they begin their journey near the end of the month, they may arrive in your mailbox the following month.

✿ Subscription payments are processed on the 1st of every month.

• If you are thinking of unsubscribing ☹︎ , please kindly refrain from doing so on the 1st.
• If you unsubscribe on any other day of the month, you will still receive that month's Doodle Mail, and your subscription will officially end from the following month onwards. 

✿ To keep Doodle Mail Club as affordable as possible, all mail is sent untracked.

✿ Each month's prints and stickers are made in small batches. If there are any remaining, they may make a little reappearance during future archive sales. 🌷
